We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Smith from Chief Lead APAC to Chief Global Delivery Officer. In this new role, Jeff will lead our Global delivery team and will be responsible for supporting our rapidly growing global business, while continuing to drive new engagements with both current and prospective clients. Jeff’s goal is to work with his team to deliver exceptional benefits to our clients whilst maintaining engagement at all levels of the organization.
Jeff reports to Tony Tregurtha, President and CEO of Enlighten. Tony commented, “Jeff will play an important role in bringing Australia, US, EMEA, and India together to help form a seamless global platform for the future.” He added, “I am confident he will have huge success in this new role and will greatly assist in growing the company’s capabilities even further by providing outstanding leadership as the Chief Delivery Officer of Enlighten.”
Jeff has more than 30 years of experience as a line manager and a change and transformation expert. He has delivered programs both internally and as an external consultant. Jeff has been with Enlighten for 17 years, and his comprehensive Enlighten experience and knowledge will be a valuable fit to assist us in the next stage of our global growth plan.
